Carrot Cake Trifle-- a Non-Recipe

Take the best carrot cake recipe and halve it, baking it in a 13 X 9 pan, instead.

Fold whipped cream into vanilla pudding and spoon the cake pieces and pudding mixture in layers, topping the whole thing off with whipped cream and cake crumbs.
